本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイルアプリおよびウェブアプリ「Lighting Recipe」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーの内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、撮影のライティング（照明）情報を記録・整理するためのツールです。本アプリは、利用者が入力・作成したデータを利用者の端末内にのみ保存し、開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信・収集することはありません。アカウント登録やログインは不要です。
例外として、iOSアプリのプレミアム会員が任意で利用できる「クラウドバックアップ」機能を有効にした場合に限り、第4-3項に定める範囲で認証情報とバックアップデータがクラウドに保存されます。この機能を利用しない限り、データが端末外へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、以下の情報を利用者の端末内のストレージ（ブラウザの localStorage および IndexedDB、またはアプリのローカルストレージ）にのみ保存します。これらはインターネットを通じて送信されません。
本アプリは、利用者が写真を追加する操作を行った場合にのみ、端末のカメラまたは写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求めます。取得した写真は前項のとおり端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません。この権限は写真の追加以外の目的には使用しません。
本アプリは、機能の提供のために以下の外部接続を行うことがあります。
機材情報の画面から、対応する商品の Amazon 検索・商品ページへ遷移するリンクを提供しています。このリンクには Amazon アソシエイト・プログラムのアフィリエイトタグが含まれます。利用者がリンクをタップして Amazon のサイトへ移動した場合、そのサイトでの情報の取り扱いは Amazon のプライバシーポリシーに従います。本アプリ自体が利用者の購買情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリの動作に必要なプログラムライブラリ（写真のEXIF読み取り、画像の書き出し等）は、すべてアプリ内に同梱しており、外部のCDNから読み込むことはありません。なお、ウェブ版をブラウザで利用する場合は、ページを配信するホスティング事業者のサーバーに、一般的なウェブアクセスと同様のアクセスログ（IPアドレス等）が記録されることがあります。これは本アプリが独自に収集・保存するものではありません。
iOSアプリのプレミアム会員は、任意で「クラウドバックアップ」機能を利用できます。この機能は、利用者が設定画面で「Appleでサインイン」を行った場合にのみ有効になります。
Firebase における情報の取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
iOSアプリの有料プラン「Lighting Recipe プレミアム」の決済は App Store を通じて行われ、クレジットカード等の決済情報は Apple が取り扱い、本アプリおよび開発者は取得しません。購読状態の確認のためにアプリ内課金管理サービス RevenueCat, Inc. を利用しており、匿名のアプリユーザーIDと購入情報（商品ID・購入日・有効期限等）が RevenueCat のサーバーで処理されます。これらは氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報を含まず、購読状態の判定以外の目的には使用しません。詳細は RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
本アプリは、広告を表示しません。また、利用者の行動を追跡する解析ツールやトラッキング技術（サードパーティ Cookie 等）を使用しません。
本アプリのデータはすべて端末内に保存されているため、利用者はいつでも自身でデータを削除できます。
クラウドバックアップ（第4-3項）を利用している場合は、設定画面の「アカウントとクラウドデータを削除」により、クラウド上のバックアップデータとアカウントをご自身で即時に完全削除できます。メールでの削除依頼（第10項）にも対応します。クラウドバックアップを利用していない場合、サーバー上に削除すべき個人データは存在しません。
本アプリは、クラウドバックアップ利用時のメールアドレス（第4-3項）を除き、個人を特定する情報を収集しません。本アプリは特定の年齢層を主対象とするものではなく、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
以下は現時点では未実装の機能に関する予定であり、実装され有効化されるまで適用されません。これらの機能を追加する際には、本ポリシーを改定し、必要に応じてアプリ内で利用者にお知らせします。
商品価格の自動取得： 将来、機材の参考価格を外部API（例：Amazon Product Advertising API 等）から取得して表示する機能を追加する場合があります。この場合も、利用者の個人情報を当該APIへ送信することはありません。
Android版での有料プラン・クラウドバックアップ： 将来、Android版でも有料プランやクラウドバックアップ（Google アカウントによるサインイン）を提供する場合があります。その際の取り扱いは第4-3項・第4-4項に準じ、決済情報は Google Play が取り扱います。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能の追加に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を更新し、必要に応じてアプリ内でお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the mobile and web application "Lighting Recipe" (the "App"). By using the App, you are considered to have agreed to this Policy.
The App is a tool for recording and organizing photography lighting setups. The App stores the data you enter or create only on your own device, and does not transmit or collect it to any server operated by the developer or any third party. No account registration or login is required.
As the sole exception, if you are a Premium subscriber on the iOS app and choose to enable the optional "Cloud Backup" feature, authentication information and your backup data are stored in the cloud to the extent described in Section 4-3. Unless you use this feature, no data ever leaves your device.
The App stores the following information only in your device's local storage (the browser's localStorage and IndexedDB, or the app's local storage). This information is not transmitted over the internet.
The App requests access to your device's camera or photo library only when you take an action to add a photo. Any photo obtained is stored only on your device as described above and is not transmitted externally. This permission is not used for any purpose other than adding photos.
The App may make the following external connections to provide its features.
From the gear screens, the App provides links to Amazon search or product pages for corresponding items. These links contain an Amazon Associates affiliate tag. If you tap a link and navigate to Amazon's site, the handling of your information on that site is governed by Amazon's privacy policy. The App itself does not obtain information about your purchases.
All program libraries required for the App's operation (such as reading photo EXIF data and exporting images) are bundled within the App and are not loaded from external CDNs. Note that when you use the web version in a browser, the hosting provider that serves the pages may record standard web access logs (such as IP addresses), as is the case with any website. This is not collected or stored by the App itself.
Premium subscribers on the iOS app may optionally use the "Cloud Backup" feature. It is enabled only when you choose "Sign in with Apple" on the Settings screen.
Google's handling of information in Firebase is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Payment for the iOS paid plan "Lighting Recipe Premium" is processed through the App Store; payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by Apple and are never received by the App or the developer. To verify subscription status, the App uses RevenueCat, Inc., an in-app purchase management service, which processes an anonymous app user ID and purchase information (product ID, purchase date, expiration date, etc.) on its servers. This does not include personally identifiable information such as your name or email address and is used only to determine subscription status. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy for details.
The App does not display advertisements. It does not use analytics tools or tracking technologies (such as third-party cookies) to track your behavior.
Because all App data is stored on your device, you can delete your data yourself at any time.
If you use Cloud Backup (Section 4-3), you can immediately and permanently delete your cloud backup and account yourself via "Delete account & cloud data" on the Settings screen. We also honor deletion requests by email (Section 10). If you do not use Cloud Backup, there is no personal data on any server that would need to be deleted.
Other than the email address used for Cloud Backup (Section 4-3), the App does not collect personally identifiable information. The App is not directed at any particular age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The following describes features that are not currently implemented and do not apply until they are implemented and enabled. When such features are added, this Policy will be revised and users will be notified within the App as appropriate.
Automatic price retrieval: In the future, the App may add a feature to retrieve and display reference prices for gear from an external API (e.g., the Amazon Product Advertising API). Even in that case, your personal information will not be sent to such an API.
Paid plan and Cloud Backup on Android: In the future, the paid plan and Cloud Backup (with Google Account sign-in) may also be offered on the Android version. They would be handled as described in Sections 4-3 and 4-4, with payment information handled by Google Play.
This Policy may be revised in response to changes in law or the addition of features. If there are significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and notify you within the App as appropriate.
